DevvStream Holdings (DESG) has announced an agreement to acquire a 50% equity stake in Monroe Sequestration Partners (MSP), which operates a large carbon sequestration facility in northern Louisiana. This facility can store an estimated 260 million metric tons of carbon dioxide. The transaction will be funded with DevvStream shares.
