Uranium Royalty (UROY) has agreed to acquire a 6% gross overriding royalty on a portion of the Churchrock uranium project in New Mexico for a total of $3.5 million. The Churchrock project, owned by Laramide Resources, is an undeveloped in-situ recovery (ISR) uranium project in the U.S. Subject to customary conditions, the transaction is expected to close by the end of July.
Dragonfly Energy Holdings (DFLI) has entered a strategic partnership with Stryten Energy, potentially worth $30 million, to license and distribute its lithium-ion batteries globally. Initially, Dragonfly Energy will manufacture all batteries at its Northern Nevada facility until Stryten Energy establishes its own manufacturing capabilities.
Aduro Clean Technologies (ACT) has entered a new phase of collaboration with TotalEnergies to advance its Hydrochemolytic™ technology. This phase involves a research and development (R&D) collaboration focused on processing a wider range of waste plastic materials, including those with high concentrations of polyolefins and other challenging contaminants. TotalEnergies will provide financial and technical support to accelerate the technology's development and potential integration into refining and petrochemical platforms.
NANO Nuclear Energy (NNE) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Blockfusion Ventures to explore advanced microreactor solutions for powering Blockfusion’s artificial intelligence data center in Niagara Falls, NY. Under the agreement, NANO Nuclear will evaluate the integration of its microreactor technologies, assess their compatibility with the data center's energy requirements, and explore other clean energy alternatives like wind and solar.
