BluSky Carbon (BSKY) has announced a multi-year brokerage and monitoring, reporting, and verification (MRV) services agreement with Carbonfuture GmbH. Carbonfuture, a leader in durable carbon removal, rigorously tracks and verifies carbon removal credits for major clients like Microsoft and Swiss Re. BluSky is focused on converting waste into biochar, renewable power, and carbonate rocks, and selling the resulting biochar and carbon credits, aligning with the growing demand for carbon neutrality and CO2 reduction.
Eos Energy Enterprises (EOSE), a leader in zinc-based Long Duration Energy Storage (LDES) battery systems, has expanded its agreement with Indian Energy to add 25 MWh to an existing 35 MWh order, creating a total project size of 60 MWh to enhance grid resiliency for the Viejas Band of Kumeyaay Indians. This expansion, funded by the California Energy Commission, represents Eos' largest order to date.
