Nano Nuclear Energy (NNE) just announced an $18 million stock and warrant offering priced at $20 per share. The offering includes 900,000 shares of common stock and warrants for 450,000 shares, with a 30-day option for the underwriter to purchase additional shares and warrants. The funds raised will be used for R&D of their micro nuclear reactors, ZEUS and ODIN, and for developing a domestic source of HALEU fuel fabrication.
Zapp Electric Vehicles Group (ZAPP) has entered into a new standby equity purchase agreement (New SEPA) with Yorkville Advisors Global, securing up to $50 million. This replaces the original February 2024 SEPA, which had a commitment of $10 million. The initial proceeds will support production and the commercial rollout of Zapp's i300 scooter in India, facilitated by a new contract manufacturing partner.
