Comstock (LODE) has extended the deadline for finalizing agreements with SACL for a renewable energy project from December 31, 2024, to January 31, 2025, allowing more time for documentation. The partnership now includes projects in Vietnam, alongside Australia and New Zealand.
Comstock Fuels (LODE subsidiary) has granted Gresham’s Eastern exclusive rights to deploy its lignocellulosic biomass refining technologies in Pakistan. Gresham’s will develop a demonstration facility in Lahore to process 75,000 metric tons of biomass annually, paving the way for a future commercial plant with a capacity of 1 million metric tons per year.
Charbone Hydrogen (CH.V) has extended the deadline for its US$6 million private placement financing of unsecured convertible notes to February 3, 2025, pending exchange approval. The company has already raised US$1.5 million and attributes the extension to continued investor interest and the holiday season. The notes carry a 12% annual interest rate, a 36-month term, and mature in December 2027 unless converted earlier.
EHang Holdings (EH) has partnered with China Communications Information & Technology Group (CCIT) to advance the low-altitude economy and Urban Air Mobility (UAM) infrastructure in China. The collaboration focuses on integrating digital technologies such as 5G, 6G, and high-precision navigation into the low-altitude aviation sector. Key initiatives include developing digital UAM infrastructure, creating 100 air traffic terminals and tourism hubs across major cities and scenic areas by 2028, and fostering an ecosystem for advanced air mobility.

China's CATL, the world's largest EV battery maker with a 36.8% global market share, plans a Hong Kong listing to bolster its global presence and competitiveness. Pending regulatory and shareholder approval, the listing could raise at least $5 billion.
