Carbon Streaming Corporation (NETZ.NE) announced leadership changes, with Marin Katusa, the company's CEO since November 2024, joining the board of directors, replacing Jeanne Usonis, who has resigned. Mark Schaal has been appointed Chief Financial Officer, effective January 1, 2025. Schaal brings over 35 years of finance experience, including 17 years as CFO for private companies, and holds degrees from UCLA and Dartmouth College.
Hyliion Holdings (HYLN) has been awarded a $6 million grant from the U.S. Department of Energy’s Methane Emissions Reduction Program to advance its KARNO generators in collaboration with O&G partners. The project, with $8.4 million in total funding, will deploy up to 2 MW of generators capable of utilizing well-head gas to produce near-zero emissions electricity.
New Public Listings
Venture Global, a leading U.S. LNG producer, has filed for an IPO on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol "VG," aiming to raise approximately $3 billion. Founded 11 years ago, the Arlington, Virginia-based company has rapidly become a top U.S. natural gas exporter, with two operating plants in Louisiana, including the recently operational Plaquemines facility. Venture Global reported revenues of $3.45 billion for the nine months ending September 30, down from $6.27 billion a year earlier.
