RE Royalties (RE.V) has completed the final tranche of its Series 4 senior secured green bonds, raising a total of C$6,529,000. The bonds, maturing in August 2029 with a 9% annual interest rate, are secured against the company's royalty and loan portfolio. Proceeds will fund renewable energy projects aimed at reducing greenhouse gas emissions.
ClearSign Technologies (CLIR) has secured a second burner order from Exotherm Corporation for installation in a power generation facility in Turney, Missouri. The burner will be installed in a process heater and is scheduled for shipment in early 2025.
Bion Environmental Technologies (BNET) announced that its Ammonia Recovery System (ARS) has completed testing at Fair Oaks, with independent lab results and engineering data confirming its readiness for full-scale commercial deployment. The ARS converts ammonia from organic waste, such as animal manure, into high-value organic nitrogen fertilizer while producing clean water, significantly reducing environmental impacts like nutrient runoff and air pollution.
Beam Global (BEEM) and Benzina Zero have partnered to integrate their products and expand into new markets. Beam will bundle Benzina Zero’s e-mopeds, scooters, and bikes with its off-grid solutions like the BeamWell desalination platform.
