Based on the first graphic in the report - the one from James Duade - Abaxx Technologies is a subsidiary of Abaxx Hold Co. But this one isn't listed... or did I miss something?!

We as investors own the holding company, which is Abaxx Technologies Inc. Their subsidiary that owns ID++ is Abaxx Technologies Corp.

Even after the latest rise in the share price, the potential is very close to "ridiculous high" and very hard to evaluate. I cost average up my position.

The futures contracts we can have a decent idea on, assuming the market adopts them. Which allows us to see why the risk/reward is skewing dramatically to the upside. On the other hand, the tech side is pretty much a total black box right now. Crumb indicated we might hear more about ID++ and the game plan for that side of the business on an investor call in May.

Thank you for all of the work that went into this article. I will have to read it a couple of times to absorb all of the information. I continue to look for similar Green investments and ran across Aemetis (AMTX), and an interview by Kirk Spano with the Aemetis president on YouTube. I think it is the type of company you would be interested in. They are in biofuels. The stock has gone sideways for years. but has several catalysts in place for the near and mid term future.
